Amazon’s new expansion project is in the heart of downtown Seattle. The Amazon Spheres Development consists of 3.3 million square feet of mixed-use office, retail, entertainment and restaurant space, and is destined to become one of Seattle’s most iconic architectural landmarks. Featuring three intersecting spheres, ranging in height from 80 to 95 feet and with plants from high-elevation climates around the world, these buildings are visually similar to a greenhouse or conservatory with restaurant and retail spaces available on the street level. This three-block development consists of over 75,000 square feet of restaurant and entertainment space and is occupied by Deep Dive, Anchorhead Coffee, Lady Yum, Amazon Go, 2120, with Joe & The Juice. SubPop, Columbia City Bouquet, Rachel’s Ginger Beer, Bright Horizons, and Casco Antiguo located across the street.
